3 hours from 16:00 to 19:00, in semi-private settings, covering key topics.

The semi-private coaching sessions will help you get a deeper understanding of certain aspects of the material we offer. You will be able to fully learn the topics taught in the main courses ( Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage and Myofascial Release with Stretching ) in a shorter period of time.
