RSM’s three-course manual therapy pathway begins with Trigger Point Therapy (TPT). Each course runs for five weekdays, Monday–Friday, 10:00–12:00 and 13:00–15:00, with a fee of THB 12,000 per course. Deep Tissue Massage (DTM) requires prior completion of TPT. Dynamic Myofascial Release (DMR) requires completion of both TPT and DTM. This prerequisite sequence reflects the practical curriculum; the three courses are not interchangeable stand-alone options.

🔶 Trigger Point Therapy Course
The starting course for this pathway. It develops clinical palpation and muscle-function assessment skills used to guide technique selection, pressure direction and reassessment. It is intended for practitioners with massage or manual-therapy experience; it is not an entry-level course.

🔶 Deep Tissue Massage Course
DTM follows successful TPT completion. It applies the palpation and assessment foundation to deep-tissue technique selection, pressure direction, depth and reassessment. 

🔶 Myofascial Release Course with Stretching
DMR is the advanced stage of the pathway. Entry requires completion of both TPT and DTM and at least one year of massage experience. Training develops dynamic myofascial techniques informed by movement assessment, tissue response and ongoing reassessment.

A joint course with Dr. Simone Ripamonti, former assistant fitness coach at Real Madrid, is being considered in Alghero, Sardinia, combining physical conditioning for professional athletes with RSM massage, manual therapy and Dynamic Posture Assessment. Possible dates: 7–9 and 12–16 April 2027. Details will be announced once confirmed.

🔸 Professional Sports Medicine Massage Course is a high-level manual therapy training program developed by RSM International Academy in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University, combining cadaver anatomy and advanced palpation training to achieve top-tier clinical manual therapy skills.

🔸 RSM International Academy will be closed from December 26, 2026 through January 3, 2027, and lessons will resume on Monday, January 4, 2027.

Each paired option combines a 20-hour core course and five hours of afternoon practical training over Monday–Friday: 25 teaching hours. The core fee is THB 12,000; the afternoon component THB 6,000; the paired total THB 18,000.

Trigger Point Therapy + Sports Massage: afternoon practice 15:10–16:10.

Deep Tissue Massage + Remedial Massage: afternoon practice 15:10–16:10.

Dynamic Myofascial Release + Sports Medicine Massage: afternoon practice 15:10–16:10.

Core teaching is 10:00–12:00 and 13:00–15:00. Friday 13:00–15:00 is Practical Application (2 hours), included in the core 20 hours. DTM requires TPT; DMR requires both TPT and DTM. Paired booking does not remove these entry requirements. Check dates and confirm eligibility and places before travel.

Weekend workshops run on scheduled Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00–12:00 and 13:00–15:00, for eight teaching hours over two days.

Dynamic Posture Assessment & Kinetic Chain Training: THB 7,000, including gym admission for both days, round-trip taxi transport to and from the gym, and movement video recording and analysis. Students compare movement, loading strategies and task-specific responses.

Orthopedic Massage for Breathing & Spine Mobility: THB 6,000. Teaching connects rib and spinal movement, breathing mechanics and supervised manual therapy. Technique selection depends on the participant’s training, eligibility and professional scope.

A 3-hour elite private intensive for experienced therapists and medical professionals.

Your skills will be rigorously evaluated and refined by Hironori Ikeda, who has trained therapists in five-star wellness resorts and top luxury spas. Palpation precision, trigger point mastery, myofascial sensitivity, joint mobility control, body mechanics, and clinical reasoning will be assessed at the highest professional standard.

Upon meeting the required level, a personally signed Letter of Recommendation will be issued to support your professional advancement.
